I have a relative who has passed away and left some cats behind. Can you help me?

Perhaps. We need more information: are the cats friendly, are they fixed, ages, do you have medical records. When you provide more information, a volunteer will contact you.
I’m a senior and can no longer take care of my cats. Can you find homes for them?

I have lots of cats that have been dropped off at my property. Can you help me?

If the cats are friendly, we would like to get them into our adoption program. If they are feral, we would like to get your cat population under control by using our TNR program, Trap, Neuter and Release. Please contact Wendy Harpster, our surgery coordinator, at 302-682-4108 or stop by the BVSPCA any Wednesday morning, 8 am to 10 am, to discuss your situation with one of our volunteers.

I found a kitten, maybe more than one. What can I do and, where can I take them?

Bring your kitten(s) to us at the BVSPCA on any Wednesday morning for evaluation and vaccines, between 8am and 10 am , there is no charge. Address is above in answer #4.
I have way too many kittens. Can you take them off my hands?

We run a spay or neuter clinic in tandem with the BVSPCA every Wednesday. Our current cost to spay or neuter is $63, which includes shots. Call Wendy Harpster, our surgery coordinator at 302-682-4108.

How does fostering work?

We would love to talk with you about our fostering program. You can stop by our Wednesday program at the BVSPCA and talk with one of our volunteers, or if you provide your phone number, a volunteer will call you.
I am on a fixed income and can’t afford a vet. Can you help with updating shots?
